Navigate to "My Orders" in your ShowRave account, select the order, and tap "Request Refund" if the event's refund window is open. For more detail, see our Refund Policy or open a support ticket.

When an organizer cancels an event, all ticket holders are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. ShowRave will notify you by email and process the refund within 14 days.

Check the email address you used when purchasing. Your booking confirmation and ticket QR code are sent there automatically. You can also view all your tickets under "My Profile" when logged in.

Log in to your ShowRave account, go to "My Tickets," and use the "Message Organizer" option for any event. This ensures a tracked conversation that both parties can reference.
