Referral commissions you have earned appear in your earnings dashboard. Once a commission is eligible for withdrawal, you can request a payment directly from the dashboard.
When earnings become withdrawable
Not all commissions are immediately available. Commissions tied to ticket sales may enter a holding period before they become withdrawable, to account for potential refunds or disputes on the underlying order. Once the holding period clears, the amount moves to your Available to Withdraw balance. The current eligibility timeline is in the Referral FAQs.
Request a withdrawal
- Go to showrave.com/partner/earn and click Go to My Earnings Dashboard.
- When your Available to Withdraw balance is ready, click Withdraw All to request the full available amount, or use Withdraw on individual commission rows.
- Your payment method is shown in the My payment method section of the dashboard. Make sure it is up to date before requesting a withdrawal.
Once a withdrawal is requested, the status updates to Processing and then to Paid out when the payment is completed.
Processing time
Withdrawals are processed promptly once requested. The time for funds to arrive depends on the payment method on your account. For specific processing times, see the Referral FAQs.
If a commission shows as "Not yet eligible"
This means the commission has been recorded but is still in the holding period. It will become withdrawable automatically once it clears. You do not need to take any action, check your dashboard again after the eligibility window has passed.
