About This Event
The 24th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership will take place on January 28, 2027, in Mississauga, Canada. This in-person conference brings together academic researchers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, HR professionals, policymakers, advocates, students, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge and explore developments shaping women’s leadership and advancement in business.
The conference will focus on areas such as gender equity, women in corporate leadership, organizational culture, women on corporate boards, entrepreneurship, mentorship and sponsorship, workplace inclusion, leadership development, women in STEM, digital transformation, work-life integration, equitable workplace policies, and cross-cultural perspectives on women’s leadership.
