What we collect
- Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. Organisers may also provide a phone number, location, and bank account details for payouts.
- Event and transaction data: When you create or buy tickets to events, we record the event details, ticket types, quantities, order amounts, and timestamps.
- Payment information: Payment card details are processed by our payment partners and are never stored on our own servers. We retain transaction references, amounts, and currency for accounting purposes.
- Usage data: We automatically collect information about how you use ShowRave, including pages visited, device type, browser, and IP address. This is used to improve performance and diagnose issues.

We do not sell your personal data.
How long your data is kept
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records are kept for a minimum of seven years to comply with financial regulations.
