Use the contact page or live chat to reach the support team. Describe the nature of your concern, the data involved, and any relevant dates or reference numbers.
We will acknowledge your concern promptly and investigate in line with applicable data protection obligations. Requests for data access, correction, or deletion are processed within 30 days.
If your concern is about an organiser
If you believe an event organiser has misused your personal data, for example, by adding you to an unrelated mailing list or sharing your details without consent, report this via the contact page. We take organiser data misuse seriously and will investigate reports made against our Terms of Service.
Further escalation
If you are based in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with how we have handled your data concern, you have the right to escalate to your national data protection authority, in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). In the EU it is your country's supervisory authority.
