We support signing in with Google. If your ShowRave account was created with a Google sign-in, your Google account is already linked. This article explains how linking works and what to do if you have questions about your account connection.
How Google sign-in works
When you first sign in using the Sign in with Google button, an account is created linked to that Google account. Your Google email is used as your account email. On subsequent sign-ins, clicking Sign in with Google and selecting the same Google account logs you in automatically.
If you registered with email and want to use Google sign-in
If your account was created using the standard email registration form, you can sign in with Google on a future visit if the Google account email matches the email on your ShowRave account. We will recognise the matching email and link the accounts.
If you cannot sign in with Google
- Make sure you are selecting the same Google account used when you first signed up.
- If you registered with a different email address, sign in using that email and password instead.
- If you need to recover access to your account, use the password reset flow with the email address you registered with. See How to reset your password.
Account security
We do not request access to your Google data beyond your basic profile (name and email). If you have concerns about the connection, you can review and remove our access from your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/connections. Removing it there will not delete your ShowRave account, but you will need to use your email and password to sign in going forward.
