When you register on ShowRave using the email form, a 6-digit verification code is sent to your email address. You need to enter this code before you can use your account. Accounts registered with Google are verified automatically and do not need this step.
Enter your verification code
- After registering, you will be taken to the verification page automatically. You will see the heading: "Enter the code sent to your email".
- Open your email inbox and find the message from ShowRave. The code expires within a few minutes, so act quickly. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not appear.
- Enter the 6-digit code in the Verification code field.
- Click Verify email.
Once verified, you will be taken straight to your account, which will be fully active.
If you did not receive the code
On the verification page, click Send a new code. A fresh code will be sent to your email address. If you requested a code recently, you may need to wait a moment before requesting another one.
If the code is not working
- "That code is not correct": Check the email again and enter the code exactly as shown. Codes are 6 digits only.
- "That code has expired": Click Send a new code on the verification page to get a fresh one. The previous code will no longer work once a new one is sent.
- "Too many attempts": Click Send a new code to start fresh.
Security note
Keep your code private. We will never ask for your password by email. If you receive an unexpected verification email, you can safely ignore it.
