When you are invited to join an organisation, you receive an email with a secure link. You must accept using the ShowRave account associated with the email address the invite was sent to.
Accept the invitation
- Open the invitation email and click the accept link.
- You will be taken to the Accept invite page showing: "Confirm this invite using the account that received it."
- If you are not already signed in with the correct account, log in first.
- Click Accept invite.
You will see the confirmation: "Invite accepted." You are now a member of the organisation and can access it from the organiser dashboard.
If you do not have a ShowRave account
You will need to create one using the same email address the invitation was sent to. Register here, then return to the invite link to accept it.
After accepting
Once you have accepted, you can switch to the organisation workspace from your organiser dashboard. Your role determines what you can see and do within the organisation. See How to switch between workspaces and Understanding organisation roles and permissions.
If the link is not working
- Invite expired: Organisation invite links expire after 7 days. Ask the organisation owner to resend the invite.
- Wrong email: The invite must be accepted using the account linked to the invited email address. Log out and sign in with the correct account.
