You can invite anyone to join your organisation. They receive a secure invite link by email and can accept it using their ShowRave account. Each invited member is given a role that defines what they can access.
Send an invite
- In the organiser sidebar, go to Account → Team.
- Click Invite member.
- On the Invite member page, enter the person's Email address.
- Select their Role, either Event manager or Admin. See Understanding organisation roles and permissions for the difference.
- Click Send invite.
You will see the confirmation: "Invite created successfully." The invite appears in the Pending invites section on the team page until the person accepts.
What the recipient receives
The invited person receives an email with a secure link. They need to accept it using the ShowRave account linked to the invited email address. If they do not have a ShowRave account, they can create one when accepting. The invite link expires after 7 days.
Resending a pending invite
If the invite has not been accepted and you need to resend it, go to Account → Team, find the pending invite, and click Resend. The confirmation will show: "Invite resent."
Revoking a pending invite
To cancel an outstanding invite before it is accepted, find it in the Pending invites section and click Revoke. The invite link is immediately invalidated.
