If you belong to one or more organisations, you can switch between your personal workspace and any organisation workspace. Each workspace is separate, events, team members, and settings in one do not appear in the other.
Switch workspace
- In the organiser dashboard, find the Switch workspace option. It appears in the organiser area when you are part of an organisation.
- Select the workspace you want to switch to, either Personal workspace or the name of your organisation.
You will see the confirmation: "Workspace switched." The dashboard now shows the events, team, and tools for the selected workspace.
Personal workspace vs organisation workspace
- Personal workspace: Your individual account. Events created here belong to you alone and are not visible to organisation team members.
- Organisation workspace: The shared team environment. Events created here can be assigned to team members and are visible to admins and assigned event managers.
Finance controls and workspace
Finance, payout settings, and bank account details remain with the organisation owner regardless of which workspace is active. Team members in an organisation workspace do not have access to the owner's payout settings.
