You can permanently delete your ShowRave account from the Account Settings page. This applies to both attendee and organiser accounts, the process is the same for both.
Delete your account
- Log in and go to Settings in your account menu.
- On the Account Settings page, scroll to the Delete my account section.
- The section is labelled: "Open this only if you want to permanently remove your account."
- Expand the section and read the confirmation message: "Are you sure you want to delete your account and all of your data from our website?"
- Click Confirm deletion.
Your account and associated data will be deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Before deleting
- Active events: If you are an organiser with live events, cancel them and process any outstanding refunds before deleting your account.
- Outstanding payouts: Request any remaining wallet balance before deleting. Once your account is deleted, access to payout history and earnings is lost.
- Ticket history: Deleting your account removes your ticket and order history. Download any invoices you need before proceeding. See How to access your receipt or invoice.
Data retention
Transaction records may be retained by us for up to seven years to comply with financial regulations, even after account deletion. See the Privacy Policy for details.
