How to Get Your Event Listed on the ShowRave Explore Page

Created: Today

The ShowRave Explore page is where attendees browse all available events. Your event is listed there automatically as soon as it is published, there is no separate submission or approval process.

What you need to do

Publish your event. That is all. A published, public event appears on the Explore page immediately and is visible to anyone browsing.

Private events do not appear on the Explore page. If you set your event to Private during creation, it is only accessible via a direct link. See How to set your event as private.

How to improve how your event appears

Your listing on the Explore page is generated from your event details. A few things make a significant difference:

  • Event image: Events with a clear, high-quality main image stand out far more than those without one. This image is what buyers see when browsing.
  • Event name: Make it descriptive enough for someone unfamiliar with you to understand what the event is. Generic names like "Night Out" or "Event 2026" perform worse than specific ones.
  • Category: Choosing the right category ensures your event appears when buyers filter by type. See How to use event categories to reach more attendees.
  • Description: A clear, well-written description increases the likelihood of a visitor converting to a buyer once they click through from Explore.

Where else your event appears

Beyond the Explore page, your event also appears on the relevant category page, for example, a music event appears on showrave.com/music. Category pages are listed in our sitemap and can appear in search engine results.
