Commission rates are set globally, they apply across all events and are not configurable per organiser or per event. This article explains how the rates work and where to find the current figures.
How commissions are calculated
When someone clicks a promoter's referral link and buys a ticket to any event, the promoter earns a commission on that sale. The commission is a percentage of the ticket value and is tracked and paid out through the promoter's own earnings dashboard, not through the organiser account.
As the organiser, you do not pay the promoter directly, We handle commission distribution directly. Running a promoter affiliate programme does not reduce your payout or change how you receive revenue.
Current commission rates
The current commission rates for each earning type, sign-up bonus, first event sale bonus, and lifetime sales commission, are published on the Earn with ShowRave page and in the Referral FAQs. Rates may be updated over time, so check the Referral FAQs for the most current figures before briefing your promoters.
What to tell your promoters
When recruiting promoters for your events, direct them to the partner earn page where they can see the full commission structure and sign up. Once signed up, their earnings dashboard shows exactly what they have earned from each referral.
