The ShowRave DP Generator lets attendees create a personalised profile picture overlay featuring your event's branding. When they update their social media profiles with the image, your event reaches their entire network. The feature is free and built into every event automatically.
How attendees access the DP Generator
There are several ways to reach the DP Generator:
- From the event page: A Create Your Event DP button appears directly on the event page in the ticket and info panel.
- From the booking confirmation page: After buying a ticket, a Create Your Event DP button appears on the confirmation screen.
- From the attendee account: In the Tickets section, each ticket has a Create DP action button.
- Direct link: The DP Generator is available at dp.showrave.com. Paste the event link when prompted and the generator will load your event's branding.
What the DP Generator does
- The attendee opens the DP Generator for their event using any of the routes above.
- The generator places your event's branding as a frame around their profile photo.
- They download the result and update their profile picture on Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, or any other platform.
No sign-up is required from the attendee to preview the result.
What you need to do as an organiser
Nothing needs to be configured. The Create Your Event DP button appears automatically on your event page once it is published. The only thing that improves the result is uploading a strong, clear main event image when creating the event, that image forms the overlay frame attendees see.
After your event is published
As an organiser, you can also share the direct DP link for your event with your audience. The link follows this format:

Your event's Create DP button on the manage events page links directly to the generator with your event URL pre-filled.
