Your tickets can be added to Apple Wallet on iPhone and iPad. This gives you quick access to your QR code at the door without needing to open your email or log in to the website.
Requirements
- An iPhone or iPad running iOS
- The ShowRave app installed from the App Store
Apple Wallet is not available on Android devices. Android users can access their ticket through the ShowRave app or their confirmation email.
Add your ticket to Apple Wallet
- Open the ShowRave app on your iPhone.
- Navigate to your ticket for the event.
- The option to add the ticket to Apple Wallet appears on the ticket screen.
- Tap it and follow the prompt to add the pass to Wallet.
The ticket will appear in your Apple Wallet app. You can open it directly from Wallet when you arrive at the event, no app or internet connection needed at the door.
Accessing the pass on the day
Open the Apple Wallet app or swipe left from the lock screen to find your passes. The QR code on the pass is the same one used for check-in at the door.
