How to Edit or Delete a Ticket Tier

You can update the name, price, description, and quantity of any ticket tier at any time. You can also remove tiers that are no longer needed.

Edit a ticket tier

  1. In the organiser sidebar, go to My Events → Live Events and open your event's ticket management.
  2. Find the ticket tier you want to change and click the Manage option in its dropdown menu.
  3. The Update Ticket form opens with the current details filled in. Update the fields you need to change: Ticket Name, Available Tickets, Limit per user, Ticket Description, or Price.
  4. Click Update.

Delete a ticket tier

  1. Go to the same ticket management area and find the tier.
  2. Click the Manage dropdown and select Delete.
  3. A confirmation prompt will appear: "Are you sure you want to delete this ticket?"
  4. Confirm to remove it.

Deleting a tier removes it from the event page immediately. Any buyers who have already purchased tickets for that tier are not affected, their tickets remain valid.

Disable sales without deleting

If you want to stop selling a tier temporarily without deleting it, use Mark as Sold Out from the Manage dropdown. This hides the tier from buyers but keeps it in your records. To reopen it later, use Mark as Available for Sale.
