Your ticket is delivered in two ways: by email after purchase, and via your ShowRave account where it is always accessible.
From the confirmation email
After completing your order, You will receive a confirmation email with the subject "Your tickets are ready." Inside the email, click Download your tickets to open or save your ticket as a PDF. The ticket includes your unique QR code.
From your ShowRave account
- Log in to your ShowRave account.
- Go to Tickets in the account menu.
- Find the event and click View Ticket.
- On the ticket screen, click Download Ticket to save it as a PDF, or Print Ticket to print directly.
You can view and download your ticket at any time before or after the event.
Showing your ticket at the door
Your QR code is scanned at the entrance. You can show it either from a printout or directly on your phone screen. Open the ticket in the email or in your account, increase your screen brightness, and hold the QR code steady for the scanner. See How scanning works at the door.
