All your ticket purchases are stored in your ShowRave account and can be accessed at any time from the attendee dashboard.
View your tickets
- Log in to your ShowRave account.
- Go to Tickets in the account menu.
The Tickets section shows every ticket linked to your account, grouped by event. For each ticket you can see the event name, ticket tier, date, status, and price. Click View Ticket to open the full ticket with its QR code.
View your order history
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Orders in the account menu.
The Orders section shows your full purchase history including the order reference, event name, order date, and total amount paid for each transaction.
Find a specific order
If you are looking for a specific booking, use the order reference number from your confirmation email to locate it in the Orders section. Each order reference is unique to your purchase.
Transferred and cancelled tickets
Tickets you have transferred to another person remain visible in your Tickets section with a Transferred status. Cancelled tickets also appear with their cancellation status. These are kept for your records.
