If you have a question about an event, the venue, what to bring, accessibility, or anything else, you can send a message to the organiser directly from the event page.
Open the message form
- Go to the event page.
- Find the Posted By: section on the right side of the page. It shows the organiser's name.
- Click the Contact link below the organiser's name.
- This takes you to the organiser's profile page.
- On the profile page, click Send a message.
Send your message
A message form opens with two fields:
- Subject, a brief description of what your message is about, for example "Question about the venue".
- Message, write your full question or note here (up to 2,000 characters).
Fill in both fields and click Send message. You will see the confirmation: "Message sent! The organiser will get back to you soon."
You need to be logged in
The message form is only available to logged-in accounts. If you are not logged in, the profile page will show "You need to be logged in to send a message." with options to Log in or Create account.
If the Contact link is not visible on the event page
The Contact link only appears if the organiser has a public profile set up. If it is not there, check the event description, the organiser may have included their contact details there.
