If you have a question about an event you have booked, such as venue details, event changes, refunds, or special requests, you can reach the organiser through their profile on ShowRave.
Contact the organiser from the event page
- Open the event page for the event you have booked.
- Find the Contact link in the event info panel, shown next to the organiser's name.
- Click it to send the organiser a message.
Contact the organiser from your account
- Log in and go to Tickets in your account menu.
- Open the ticket for the event.
- The event page link is shown on the ticket, open it to find the Contact option.
What to include in your message
Include your booking reference number, the name on the booking, and a clear description of what you need. Organisers manage their own messages and response times vary.
If the organiser does not respond
If you cannot reach the organiser and your issue is time-sensitive, for example, an event cancellation with no refund, contact us via the contact page. Include your order reference and details of the issue.
