Your profile details are used for event bookings, organiser communications, and your public ShowRave profile. You can update most details at any time from the profile page.
Update your attendee profile
- Log in and go to Tickets in your account menu, then select your profile.
- Or navigate directly to My Profile.
- The page is titled Edit your profile. Update any of the fields: Title, Username, Phone, Address, About me, or social links.
- Click Update Profile to save.
Your name and email address are locked for account security and cannot be changed through the profile form. If you need to update either of these, contact us via the contact page.
Update your profile photo
On the same profile page, click Change Image next to your current profile photo to upload a new one.
Organiser public profile
If you are an organiser, your public profile (the page attendees see when they click your name on an event) is managed separately. Go to Account → About in the organiser sidebar to update your organiser bio, photo, and public details.
