There is an AI description assistant built in that can help you write your event description. It generates a draft based on your event details, which you can then edit and personalise.
Generate a description
- In the event creation form, scroll to the Event Description field on the Event Details step.
- Above the description text area, you will see the AI Description Assistant section with the message: "Let our assistant help you create an engaging event description based on your event details."
- Click Generate Description.
- A draft description will appear in the description field. Read through it and edit anything that needs adjusting, the AI works from the information already entered in the form, so the more details you have filled in (event name, category, location), the more relevant the result.
Regenerate or reset
- Regenerate, produces a new draft if you are not satisfied with the first result. Each generation may produce a different version.
- Reset Description, clears the generated text and returns the field to blank so you can write your own.
After generating
Always review and personalise the generated description before publishing. Add specific details the AI could not know, your lineup, the format, what makes this event distinct, dress code, age requirements, or anything attendees need to prepare. A good event description answers the question: "What will I get out of attending?"
