We can shorten your event URL into a compact link that is easier to share in messages, printed materials, and social media bios.
Shorten your event URL
- Copy the full URL of your event page, for example,
https://showrave.com/event/my-event-name. - Go to the Shorten my event URL page in the organiser area.
- Paste your full event URL into the Enter event URL to shorten field.
- Click Shorten URL.
- Your Shortened Link will appear. Click Copy Link to copy it to your clipboard.
The shortened link redirects visitors to your event page. Only event URLs from showrave.com can be shortened using this tool.
Where the short link is useful
- Print: A short URL is practical on flyers, posters, or tickets where space is limited.
- Social media bio: A compact link fits better in an Instagram or Twitter bio.
- QR codes: Shorter URLs produce less dense QR codes that scan more reliably.
Sharing without shortening
You can also share your full event URL directly, it works just as well for links in email, WhatsApp, or social media posts. The short link is an optional convenience, not a requirement.
