How to Edit Your Event Details

Manage Event Created: Today

You can update most of your event details at any time after publishing. Changes take effect immediately and your attendees will see the updated information on the event page.

Open the edit form

  1. In the organiser sidebar, go to My Events → Live Events.
  2. Find your event and click Edit.
  3. The edit form opens with your current details pre-filled.

What you can edit

The form lets you update:

  • Event Name
  • Category
  • Description
  • Event Date and Start Time
  • Timezone
  • Duration (hours and minutes)
  • Location, Address, Country, State, City, and Zip Code
  • Images

Save your changes

  1. Make your updates.
  2. Click Save changes.

You will see the confirmation "Event updated successfully." Your event page will reflect the changes immediately.

If you are changing the date or time

If you have already sold tickets, update your attendees by sending them a message after saving. See How to send a message to attendees. If the event date change is significant, consider whether attendees who bought before the change should be offered any accommodation, We do not send an automatic notification when you edit event details.

What cannot be changed here

Ticket tiers, AddOns, and coupon codes are managed separately from the event details form. To manage tickets, go to My Events → Live Events and open your event's ticket management area. See How to edit or delete a ticket tier.
