As guests are scanned in at the door, the check-in count updates in real time. You can monitor attendance from the organiser dashboard or directly in the scanner app.
Live check-in count in the scanner app
The ShowRave Scanner app shows a running check-in count as each ticket is scanned. This updates on all devices running the app for the same event simultaneously. For a count of how many guests have been admitted so far, check the app on any scanning device.
Check-in data in the organiser dashboard
After the event, the full check-in history is available in the event analytics. Go to My Events → Live Events, find your event, and click Analytics. The analytics page shows tickets sold alongside check-in data, letting you compare how many ticket holders actually attended.
For a per-ticket check-in breakdown, go to Finance → Reports → Tickets. The ticket bookings table shows each order and can be filtered to your event. You can also download the full list as a CSV to review attendance in a spreadsheet.
Real-time monitoring during the event
If you need to monitor door numbers in real time while the event is running, use the scanner app as your live count. The organiser dashboard analytics update but may have a short delay compared to the scanner app.
