The scan history shows every ticket this device has scanned or checked. It is stored locally on the device and can be searched, filtered, and sorted.
Open Scan History
From the Home screen, tap Scan History. The screen is titled Scan history with the subtitle: "Latest scans on this scanner device."
Finding a specific scan
Use the search bar to find a scan by ticket holder name, event name, or other details. You can also filter by status (All or Needs review) and sort by newest or oldest.
Scan details
Tap any scan in the list to open its details. The detail view shows:
- Ticket holder name and ticket type
- Event name and reference
- Seat (if assigned seating)
- Scan mode (camera or manual)
- Admission status
- Time the scan was recorded on this phone and time it was confirmed by ShowRave
- Ticket scan count across all devices on this event
Deleting history entries
You can delete individual scan entries or clear the entire history. Tap Delete on a scan, or use Clear to remove all history from the device.
Deleting or clearing history only removes the entries from this device. The scan records remain part of the event's check-in data.
