The ShowRave Scanner app requires a sign-in with a ShowRave account. The events you can see in the app depend on the role of the account you sign in with.
Who can sign in
Any ShowRave account with organiser access can sign in to the scanner. This includes event organisers, organisation owners, admins, and event managers.
What each role can see
- Organiser (personal account): Sees all events on the personal organiser account, listed under Personal in the event filter.
- Organisation owner or admin: Sees all events belonging to the organisation, listed under Organisation in the event filter.
- Event manager: Sees only the specific events they have been assigned to by an organisation owner or admin. Events they are not assigned to do not appear in the list.
The app shows the message if no events are accessible: "Sign in with an organiser account, organisation owner/admin, or assigned event manager. Event managers only see assigned events."
Using multiple workspaces
If your account has both personal events and organisation events, the event list shows both. Use the Personal and Organisation filters to separate them.
