Payout timing has two parts: how long we take to process the payment, and how long your bank takes to clear it.
Our processing time
Payouts are typically processed within 48 hours after your event completes. Processing happens after the event, not during it, so that refunds, chargebacks, and event completion checks can be handled properly before funds are transferred.
Bank transfer time
Once we have processed the payout, the time for the funds to arrive in your account depends on your bank. This is usually 3 to 7 business days. International transfers and some local banking systems may take longer.
Total expected timeline
In most cases, funds will reach your bank account within 2 to 10 business days after your event ends, combining our 48-hour processing and your bank's transfer window.
What can delay a payout
- Missing bank account: If no bank account is registered, the payout cannot be sent. Add your bank details under Finance → My Bank before your event ends. See How to add or update your bank account details.
- Incorrect bank details: If your account number, sort code, or other details are wrong, the transfer will fail. Check your details are correct and up to date.
- Active refund or dispute: If a chargeback or refund is being processed, the payout may be held until it is resolved.
- Bank holidays: Business day counts do not include public or bank holidays in either the sending or receiving country.
Checking your payout status
Go to Finance → My Bank and click View reports, then open the Payouts tab. Each completed payout shows the amount, date, and reference number. See How to view your payout history.
