Cryptocurrency payments are enabled globally. When active, buyers see the option to pay with cryptocurrency at checkout alongside the standard card payment option. There is no per-event setting to configure, when crypto payments are enabled, they are available for all events automatically.
What buyers see at checkout
When crypto payments are available, buyers on the checkout page see two payment options:
- Pay by Card, standard credit or debit card payment
- Pay with Crypto, payment using a supported cryptocurrency
If the buyer selects Pay with Crypto, they choose from the available cryptocurrencies, create a payment intent, and complete the payment. Their order is processed once payment is confirmed on-chain.
How crypto revenue reaches you
Revenue from cryptocurrency payments is converted and credited to your wallet in your event's currency, the same as card payments. You receive one payout regardless of how your buyers paid. There is no difference in payout processing between card and crypto orders.
If crypto payment is not showing at checkout
If you are not seeing the crypto option during testing, it may be temporarily disabled. Crypto availability can vary. Check the payment and payout page for current information, or contact us via the contact page.
