Your organiser wallet balance shows how much revenue is available from your ticket sales. You can see it from two places in the organiser dashboard.
On the Dashboard overview
When you log in to your organiser account, your Available balance is displayed as one of the summary cards at the top of the Dashboard. It shows your current wallet balance and the date of your last transaction. Click the card to go directly to your transaction history.
In Finance reports
For a more detailed view, go to Finance → My Bank in the sidebar. This page shows your payout details and links to your payout history under the View reports button. For the full transaction ledger, go to Finance → Reports and select the My History tab.
What the balance means
The available balance reflects ticket revenue collected so far. Payouts are processed after your events complete. Until a payout is processed, the balance remains in your wallet. See How payouts are processed for more detail.
If your balance looks incorrect
The balance updates in real time as tickets are sold. If you believe a payment is missing, check your transaction history first. If there is still a discrepancy, contact us via the contact page.
