We charge no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no subscription. Fees only apply to paid ticket sales.
Free events
If your event has no ticket price, or all ticket tiers are set to zero, there are no fees for you or your attendees. Free events are completely free to list and run.
Paid events
For paid events, a service fee is applied to each ticket sold. The fee is deducted from the ticket revenue before it is credited to your wallet. You receive the ticket price minus the service fee.
The service fee is shown to buyers at checkout before they confirm their purchase. There are no hidden processing fees, monthly charges, or additional deductions from your payout beyond the service fee.
Where to find the current fee rate
The current service fee rate is published on the ShowRave pricing page. Fee rates may vary by market or event type, check the pricing page for the rate that applies to your account.
How this affects your payout
After each ticket sale, the ticket price minus the service fee is credited to your wallet in real time. When we process your payout, you receive the accumulated balance in your wallet. There are no additional deductions at the payout stage.

Service fees and refunds
Service fees are generally non-refundable. An exception applies where an event is cancelled by the organiser and applicable consumer protection law requires a full refund including fees. See the ShowRave Refund Policy for details.
