Your full payout history is available in the Finance section of the organiser dashboard. Each processed payout appears with its reference number, amount, date, and the bank account it was sent to.
View payout history
- In the organiser sidebar, go to Finance → My Bank.
- Click View reports.
- Select the Payouts tab.
The table shows each processed payout with:
- Ref.No., the payout reference number
- Amount, the amount transferred
- Paid To, the bank account the payout was sent to
- Payment Date, when the payout was processed
- Bal. after Payout, your wallet balance immediately after the payout
- Event Name, the event associated with the payout
Download your payout history
Click Download all (CSV) on the Payouts tab to export the full list as a spreadsheet. This is useful for accounting and reconciliation.
If a payout is missing
Payouts are processed after events complete. If you are expecting a payout and it is not showing, check the expected processing timeline on the payment and payout page and see How long payouts take. If it has been longer than expected, contact us via the contact page with your event name and the expected payout date.
